I have an extreme fear of tornado's, everytime theres warnings in or around my area i start freaking out and crying, in fact i have always had reoccuring nightmare of getting swept away in a tornado or variations where my family and husband gets taken by a tornado, i have also had extreme fears of the dark so much so that i slept with my overhead light on til i was fourteen and after fourteen i have always had my hallway light on and my door wide open... even now that I am married I make sure that i leave one light on in my house usually my kitchen light and I leave the tv on at night... i am also afraid to drive because everytime I have ever gotten in a car to drive something bad always happens, the last time i tried to drive a few days after i got my permit at age 23 i almost flipped our car... i dont know why but everytime ive even tried to practice when i was younger I ran into the side of my dads car while backing in the driveway and i pushed the gas instead of the break and almost ran off the side of a cliff that was by our house... I guess I have a lot of fears...

I'm afraid of being sneaked up on. I make myself paranoid, like "Did you hear that?" Then I sleep with the TV on so there's some light and some noise. Silly huh?

At one time in my life I think I was afraid of everything. As life throws you curves you soon realize that you can be afraid or you can move on and truly live your life. FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real. So fear not and move on.

I'm extremely afraid of being dependent on something or somebody else, like being dependent on drugs or another person to help me.
