I cannot get limewire to stop playing at all unless I reboot puter.how can I get it to stop playing without having to do this.Also has anyone else had problems with limewire?

Limewire is bad news..full stop...as pc technicians we remove it daily from folks pc's...spyware infections from this program almost always means your windows will become so corrupted that a format of the HDD is the only resort. Stay away from all shareware programs,crack websites etc to avoid spyware

ive never had problems with limewire.. what do you mean you cant get it to stop playing? i never told it to install the media player.. isnt there a stop button?
also, by default when you close limewire it appears in the bottom right corner of your startbar near the clock.. right click and click exit to close limewire entirely

I had no trouble with limewire...once I learned how to operate the program...take your time with learning it and always be willing to click on the HELP menu...it works, too.

never had problems with limewire. Do you have a corrupted copy? Try downloading another copy from www.limewire.com and reinstalling it.

limewire wasn't media player but you can play songs through it.. after it's downloaded.. but you can store the music into different folder then 'Shared ' folder and play songs through Real player ..

yeah i have problems with it too , ill shut it down and then next thing you know its right back up agin, i think its the system idk but i have been warned its a big viris community, but...i really dont care it gets me my music!
