How do you think the Redskins are going to do next year, thanks my hometown team and we have alot of talented players on the team. Like Clinton Portis, Santana moss, Mark Brunell, Sean Taylor and players that just got added like Randel-El, Lolyd and Archuletta do you think they are going to be decent next year?

Let me begin by saying that the Cowboys and Eagles should fight it out for third and fourth place in the NFC East. The Redskins and the overlooked Giants will go for numbers one and two. I keep hearing about the Cowboys and what bad asses they are but seldom hear about the Giants. I am a Skins fan and have been for many decades. When it comes down to it coaching wll win in this divdsion and we have got Joe Gibbs. Not to forget Bill Parcels, a sure fire Hall of Fame coach and one of the best in the business. He is still building his team which will be a good one but for now the Gainst and Skins will battle for the division title. Remember that Gibbs has three Super Bowl titles and is a winner in NASCAR. Everything he touches turns to gold. I hope the Skins win it all and think they will.

About our QB Mark Brunell, why is everyone down on the guy? His year last was very good. He has an accurate arm and still can move around in the pocket making people miss him. His understanding of the game is very in depth. True I did not like the way they treated Patrick Ramsey but that is water under the bridge and I wish him all the luck in the world. But Brunell can and did get it done for us. He is the first quaterback we have had since Joe Theisman. Also remember that Joe Gibbs won htree titles with three different quaterbacks and three different running backs. That is quite a feat, most coaches that win the big one do it with the same quaterback and runningback.

The Redskins are going to win their division but I really don't know how far they will go in the playoffs. They will have an extremely good year. With the combination of Clinton Portis and Santana Moss their team is almost unstoppable. Their only key issue is their QB problem. They can't seem to get a decent QB. But, again, Moss makes up for that with good foot work and able to handle any pass. And, unlike every other team, they have a secret weapon in Chris Cooley their TE. He has the ability to block and easily get open for a pass. Many defenders look over his ability to run.

I think the Redskins should make the playoffs again. Mark Brunell is the key here. If he can a) come back healthy after nursing his broken finger and b) adapt well to Al Saunders' scheme, then the team should be quite good. The biggest impact might come from Andre Carter or Brandon Lloyd. Carter fills a big need for a rush DE. And I expect Lloyd will beat out everyone else for the #2 WR spot.

I think the skins will probably be a contender for their division next year. I don't know about Brunell, he is a little old, but the players you picked up will definitly add to his skills. And of course Portis and Moss...their names can do the talking, that's how good those two are.

Defense will be better, offense will depend on how well Mark Brunell plays... he's an aging qb with some physical problems.
Best case scenario in a tough division is same as last year. Wild Card and one playoff win.

In my opinion, I think the Redskins are in the toughest division in the NFC, if not the entire league right now. The Giants won it last year and will no doubt be tough again, the Eagles will come back strong from last year's meltdown, and the Cowboys will be hard to beat until they have their own T.O.-induced meltdown. So to answer your question, I think the Redskins will play well, but it won't necessarily get them back to the playoffs.

I thought that the Redskins made some major moves in the off season but I think that they lack a possession receiver. With that said, I think that they are going to be very good. Great coaching going on there.
