i have been stuck in an elevator and I'm not lying about it. it was about a year ago and i was on my way to a job interview.not a big
job interview just some summer job interview my step dad had got for me (as a secretary).it was nothing like in the movies , everyone was just sort of stiff at first and they were all giving each other the 'I'm a very busy man' kind of looks.then finally
a short guy (he was janitor)he had a trolley and some cleaning equipment and anyone could tell he was a cleaner finally suggested that someone call the reception. someone finally called the reception and they said the usual stuff like "the situation is under control" and stuff and in less than a minute we started going up again.

Yes, once on the job, making a delivery, and once going home from a doctor appointment. Better yet, I saved 2 people from a stuck elevator once. They were grateful.

I was stuck in an elevator for 45 minutes with 2 screamin kids. We played simon says till the door opened. I appreciate kids alot better.....

I have...it was horrible. (not a lie) I was in college at UNCPembroke and the elevator in our dorm got stuck between floors. We were really packed in it too because it was party night. Anyway, the fire department came and they had to pull us up one by one onto the next floor because one of the cables was having issues.

my hand was! the doors shut on it and it was too little to set off the sensor! Men had to pry me out. Years later I married the man who's father built the building. I could have owned this family! Laugh.

no, but i though i was about to be once for a split second....i thought i was gonna have a panic attack or something...really freaked me out, and everyone else that was on it.
