Im trying to get my im to work I have already downloaded it yesterday but I turnes it back on today HOW?

Go to the start menu and look for the program group and run it, if you want it on your desktop then instead of left-clicking on the program, right-click it and select send-to desktop and it will make a nice icon for you there to use.
