Your looking too hard. Try not looking, and the right one will just show up.
Just walk up to them and give em your number, or ask them out, if you really want to meet someone you have to get over your insecurities.
I am about to ask my boss out, I got a major crush on him, and I think he feels the same about me. I just threw my insecurities in the toilet, and went for it.

obviously u have issues that u need to deal with and learn to love yourself-have some self-confidence...you are not going to find anyone to love u until u love yourself.
