Well, if there is more than one count, then either there are multiple arson charges or some other charge. You can always plea bargain with the prosecution but it depends on whether htey will offer a reduction to misdemeanor. It will probably depend on your record, if any, and the nature of the evidence against you.

first it will depend on your state law, in some states there well may be various levels of arson.

Next lets say there is no other arson charge, they could look at criminal tresspass, criminal damage to property and any crime that would make up the arson charge
