best personality is really broad.. you've got so many different types of personalities.
you've got the good ole cleaver types like the classic mark martin and carl edwards, and kyle petty who never really have anything bad to say about anyone, and who always have a smile on their face even if they finish last
you've got the crazy kids..
you've got the polished drivers who are overly geniune and nice..i/e johnson, gordon, harvick, matty..
you've got the tempermental crowd
you've got the good ole boys from the south.. JR, sadler, burton boys..
so yeah, best personality..depends on what personality you are going for

Kasey Kahne is the farthest thing from a Southern Gentleman, in my not-so-humble opinion. I love him, but, come one. He's from Washington. Not exactly in the south, right?
I'd say Kenny Wallace has the best personality, by far!!

Right off of the top of my head, it would have to be Carl Edwards. The guy doesn't get his feathers ruffled very often and doesn't ruffle other's either. Or course, for long-term drivers, Terry Labonte has the best personality.
