If you want to virtually adopt one, then visit the zoo link below.
If you want to feed, house and care for one yourself, you will need to be licensed and get the proper permits.
Once you accomplish the above, and prepare a humane, safe facility for the gorilla, you can contact the local zoos.
Very often they have animals that they would like to adopt out. Either the animal is no longer breeding, or is not interested in being photographed, or otherwise would be happier in a facility all by itself.
We have cared for baby deer, elk, antelope and other animals until they were old enough to fend for themselves. Never attempted to care for something they could kill and eat me though...

Umm... are you serious, why would you want to, and it might be a good idea to think the whole thing through before you adopt a gorilla (like how you pay for food and the stuff it needs and where the heck is it going to sleep and stuff).

Check out worldwildlife.org. You can adopt different species. You send in donations to sponsor an animal.
I hope you dont mean adopt as in BUY a gorilla and keep it in your house...they aren't the friendliest things around.

You'll need to have a lot of bananas, a big, spacey yard with lots of trees, and a REALLY high fence if you're going to get a gorilla...

If you do not have the proper training, education, or housing, you should not have a gorilla. You cannot just buy one at will.
