Any way I can use an external lcd? Any really cheap lcd's for it (Like under $50? Any ideas (even silly ones) are appreciated! Thanks!

There are lots of possibilities!
Besides Palm.com you might want to check out http://www.gethightech.com aka http://www.pdaparts.com - they have parts for PDAs and instructions on how to fix many models. They also do repairs (more expensive than doing it youself if you feel confident, of course). They also buy certian models of broken and working PDAs (you'll have to see the site for current info as it changes).
You also might check out eBay to see if you could get a deal on another broken C...perhaps one with a dead battery or a dead board but a good screen. Or, you could consider selling it on eBay to someone who could use the parts. Checking past closed auctions for "broken Tungsten C" or similar search terms should give you an idea of what it might sell for, or what a unit for parts might cost you.

I love my Tungsten C and when I cracked the screen I cried. I gladly paid the $125 to get it replaced. Basically they just send you a refurbished one. If it's under warranty still it might not even cost that.
