I thinkAm I correct in this? that for the Angelshe played half a season at 1st base. My reason for asking is I would sure like to insert him as my 1st baseman in my Fantasy League.

He is a center fielder. He got hurt, and during his rehab process Pujols got hurt badly. It's a great match beteween Edmonds and First Base because that position doesn't require any running. Great for rehab!

In Fantasy Baseball, it goes by what you do in the season in which you are playing. It is 2006, so whatever Jim did with the Angels is old business. He has played first this year and if he gets 6 more starts this year, you will be able to start him at first.

if u mean fantasy baseball wise he will eventually get listed as a first baseman u just have to wait until he plays more than 3 days at the positon its like say one day manny ramirez plays second base would he atomatically get listed as a secondbaseman of course not unless he plays like 4 games there

He didnt play any 1B in 2005, and he has only played a few there this year. He will be added to 1B once he plays for 15 games there.
