Nick Nolte - he can be so dour in the roles he takes, almost ominous - but, he does have a pretty good set of Asian Defense Skills despite his advancing age. Gary Busey seems to have a better sense of humor - however, all I know about either person is what I see on the big screen.
Who would YOU rather be stranded with? I'm assuming the one who is more musical considering all your other questions/answers.

There is no way to choose the lesser of two evils here. Its weird that you ask this question because I always get them mixed up. I am 36 and I consider these "older fella's." So...really...unless there was an "older gal" stranded with us, I would just hide somewhere and make him think he was alone...who ever he would be I guess for the sake of the question, I'll choose Gary Busey because I have a feeling with his motorcycle accident affecting his brain, I might be able to hide easier. :)
