i dont know how to get friends and get my picture on there! i know that i might sound dumb but i dont know how! lol please help! :)

You click the browse button to look at other people's profiles and then in the contact box which is below their name and picture information you select the second item down on the left called add friend. Most people can be requested to be added to your friends list that way. If a friend of yours has a page they will need to give you their myspace url like mine is http://www.myspace.com/johnluke1169 and then once on their page you can hit add to friends.
As for pictures well you just go to edit my profile and click on update/upload photos and then browse for the photos from your computer and upload them and then select one to appear on your profile as the main photo. You are not allowed to use other people's photos without permission on myspace.
