This is impossible for people with too much body fat. You need to be around 8-10 percent body fat, which means daily aerobic excersize and light weight training. Additionally, you'll need to really exercise your abdominals through a circuit training program.

Ab workouts are important - hit those hard.
The most important thins is your diet. Everyone has a six pack, but it's under a layer of adipose tissue - fat. Lose weight, the gut is one of the last places you'll notice it, but you will. Your abs will start to cut.
Run. Running helps carve out the trunk fat.

The most important thing is not ab excerise but losing the excess stomach fat, once that is gone then you will be able to see results.

Besides all the other good advise you're about to get,you should try keeping your stomach tight whenever you're not working out just suck it in every time you remember to. You can do the same with your buttocks and legs.Good Luck!
