i like this girl but i dk if she likes me and i dk if i should be friends first or head into a relation ship because im a real likable person and if i am friends with them im too good of friends and they dont want to go out.

i think u should stop thinking n jus go for it.... cuz b4 u kno it the moment jus passes u by.... n plus wats the worst thing she can say.... no?...... well dats ok then, maybe thats a hint that she wasnt the one .... remember dont think jus do it cuz lifes to short to live

If that's the way you feel, just do something with her. kind of an informal date And flirt. make sure she knows your intentions. Other than that, just be yourself. you sound nice. =]

ask her if she would like to go out for pizza or coffee or something and just tell her what you are thinking. honesty is always best.
