Sounds like your popcorn ceiling is coming down. First off, you will need to fix the crack. You can either spackle and sand it, or there are strips that construction crews use to seal creases when they lay the sheet rock for your walls, roof, etc. that you can use to fix it. After its smooth you can blast the ceiling with more popcorn. You can buy it in a can at your local Home Depot or you can buy it in bulk and get a special gun to blast it with. Or just find someone who works building homes to get them to do a cheap on the side job and pay them with a 12-pack or something. That's what I did!

Sounds like you might need to remove a large area of the popcorn ceiling texture. I think the prob is that the builder tapes the cracks between the drywall (where each piece meet) and then sprays the popcorn texture on. I think the tape may be peeling underneath. So- grab a scraper, put some plastic on the floor and scrape it all off, remove the tape and use a little wall putty instead between the drywall sheets, then respray the area with texture. Good luck!

each and every physique is familiar with that IPL is a midsection of journey fixing and corruption. So there should not be any marvel by recent spot fixing scandal and Sreesanth or 2 different cricketers are actually not remoted case. what is going to you're saying some massive no ball by RP Singh or 3 catches dropped by Pollord in a row. Why, even in the former day's journey between Rajasthan and Hyderabad, gamers of Rajasthan did no longer decide for run out appeal in a sparkling run out. IPL is all approximately vulgar funds. We objective audience have our each and daily restoration of cricket-entertainment. no longer purely there is spot fixing yet additionally suits are scripted and it is pre desperate which communities are going to play off around and which team is going to win the trophy.

First look to find out if you have a leak in the roof, you may not, poorly applied texture tends to fall. I have tried the HOMEX brand texture and one of the cans blew up so I do not suggest that. The only other option is an contractor. If you use a wide putty knife and peel off the old texture it should not cost more than $6.00 a square foot.Good Luck

Sounds like you probably have a problem with the sheetrock underneath, if it's all in a line, like that.
But, if you just want to patch it, they make a spray-on you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot to repair popcorn that has come off.
