our neighbors put up a spot light thats lights up our entire yard, we are so mad , how to get back??????

Make a phone call to the local building inspector's office and ask them about it. There is most likely a law in the building code that addresses the issue of lights and neighbors. Confronting neighbors in a rude way is not good, and sometimes we must just accept problems, or move.

If you can find out about local laws and ordinances regarding lighting, you'll have something to back up your request.

Dealing with neighbors is a good reason to have a piece of property that is large, with tall trees to block the view from neighbor's yards!

loosen your alternator belt and every morning at 4 am, go out and start your car. It will make a loud squeaking noise. then at around 12 pm do the same.

Does it shine through the window and keep you up? If not I would ignore it, if they are trying to get to you or if they are being vindictive. Do them like an annoying child ignore them. But have you talked to them about the problem?
