Simply tell them!!! You will not get in trouble with the police. And you will feel better if you tell some one and go get herself checked out.!!!

Just tell them the truth. Just because you are under 21 and got drunk does not give someone the right to take advantage of you.

If you go to the police and tell them they should believe you because the same thing happened to my best friend and at hre time we were only sixteen and seventeen. she got ordered to go to alcohol classes and then the police sided with her because that made it even worse that someone took advantage of her while under the influence. It would help if you ahd someone that could speak up on your behalf to say that they knew that you said no and also learn to pay attention to your surroundings because there are some people who prey on women or girls that get intoxicated and are not in their right minds

I would tell the truth. If you lie and the truth comes out during the inquire, they will think you are lying too to cover up having sex with someone. Even if you were drunk you have the right to change your mind and say no! next time you drink either do it at home by yourself or have a designated chaperon. better safe than sorry. and please talk to a rape line. It helps!

In Canada, taking avantage of a drunk woman is the same as rape, check the laws in your country but also get checked for STDs as soon as possible.

Tell the truth... Rape is rape, regardless of drunkocity.
and letting a rapist go around unpunished is worse than the minor punishment of drinking underage(a fine- sometimes. community service- usually. if you're under eighteen it won't go on any record...)
Though, in the future? carefullness is key...

It's worth taking your lumps for drinking if this guy took advantage of you. I don't think any charges will come your way.
