I don't get the attention I seem to need. I may be depressed because I have lived away from my family for 23 years due to marriage and divorce. But, when I visit my family, they tend to put me down....I was the middle child and my sister the oldest was always right. Still, the men I am involved with just don't seem to make me happy and I know it is up to you to make yourself happy, but I feel frustrated and can't seem to overcome this feeling. Anyone out ther like me??

i could not imagine what you are going through. i personally have never experience or been in that situation.i think you do not love yourself or feel worthy for someone to love you.that is very important no matter what family drama or life changes you have to go through you must always remember to love yourself.

You need not to worry about pleasing other people. Do what makes you happy and believe me you will be happy. I am the baby of a family of nine. Try having all of them telling you how you should live your life. Well, I did for a while then I moved out of state. Do they visit or call - NO. Not even my parents but oh well. I'm a live and kicking and I love my fat self and my husband loves me. Oh and my three dogs love me. So buy your self a dog that might help then you can walk your dog every day. And that will be your life long companion.

Yes, dear I am exactly like you....I have an extremely sexy husband, 2 beautiful healthy boys, all the online co ck I could want.....and still yet I am not happy. I don't feel beautiful, I don't think I'm at all worthwhile, and just in general I don't feel successfull. As soon as we can both agree that every woman has her issues and that our issues are the only thingd keeping us where we are...we will not find fulfillment. If I could see things in your eyes and you could see things in mine we would both think the other is fine and not be able to contemplate the others scenario. Please accept that being unhappy is a state that we perpetuate and not a state of reality. Best wishes
