Try to think of something serious while your at the doctors office. If you're 16, most doctors will not require you to strip completely. If you doctor does, try not to think about it. He'll be professional and quick. If you do happen to get a little excited during the exam, you're 16 - it's gonna happen from time to time and your doc will just ignore it. As you get a little older you will gain more control of when it happens.

Don't worry about it. Doctors deal with that all the time. You will not be nude that long and the Dr. will only have to check the groin for hernia's and take a quick look to make sure you are developing normally. You will probably so nervous you will be to nervous to get an erection or "raise" as you call it. Once again do not worry about it and good luck in your sport.

No big deal. Do you have any idea how many of those they've seen? They went through the same thing when they were sixteen. It happened to me once, I felt stupid. The doctor takes out a little hammer, and 'whap' on the end of your knob, and down it goes. It's like a magic trick.

Even if you do, it's nothing that either a male or female doctor hasn't seen before, it happens, it's natural, and I'm sure that if you do, you won't have been the first one that did. Who knows, if it's a chick, you may even get lucky. jk
