That is a really good sign that you will get hired. You obviously have some qualities that they want in a candidate. But there are never any guarantees, although I would take it as a positive indicator that you will get the job if they like you. Since they hand-picked you then I would consider it a strong possibility that you'll be working there.
Good luck!

Elaborate. Do you work for a company whose HR found your resume online and would like to consider you for another position within? Or did you have your resume posted online and a company emailed you a job listing they have available?

Ok. It is standard practice for HR to send an electronic application and job description to you. All companies require applications for their own records. Resumes only highlight limited information whereas applications are historical records with contact information.

Tours are generally accepted practice, too. Sometimes you sit down with a couple of people and have a tour afterwards. Other times you might tour and interview simultaneously meeting people along the way. Either way the hiring manager is sizing your responses to the new environment and people.

Read over the job description. Then make some notes to take with you to your interview that highlight how your qualifications relate to the position the company looks to fill. List any questions you may have. And take several copies of your resume. The key to getting hired is to be prepared.

Good luck!

It's all about the interview, your credentials and your references.
