your best bet would be to go to Uhaul and rent a car trailer..this way you do not get a ticket from a cop, and or if you get into an accident..then you are in giant law suit..
so the best thing is to rent a car trailer..
or pay for it to be moved by a car towing center, have them use a ramp truck..and hey if you have triple A some times they pay for the vehicle ..you just have to get the two truck guy to go along with it..and triple A would pay...

If it runs ,YES. Do it in the daytime so you don't need lites. Put a car behind it to tailgate it so no cops se the taillites

depends on how badly damaged and state and local laws regarding the condition of the vehicle ......... ask a local cop would be your best bet
