Big companies like this won't be putting ads in the paper or on monster.com. If you feel you're qualified for the position, contact a local corporate recruiter. Make sure they specialize in placing the kinds of jobs you are interested in (some specialize in health care, IT, etc). A headhunter (recruiter) is the best way to go!

Do a lot of great things in the public or industry, and they will seek you out.

sorry if this sounds like a smart answer, but if you have to ask, you are mostlikely not qualified...start lower and work your way up
