Please help!!! I'm pretty sure the SIM card still works because I took it out and dried it right away but the phone itself or the battery doesn't want to work!!! Can I get a new phone and use the same SIM card or will I have to get everything new? Can someone explain this to me? Oh, and I didn't have insurance on the phone, so I will have to pay for whatever I get :( Thanks for your help!

I dont know if its the same but I dropped mine into a glass of coke and I just rinsed it off and after a couple of days it dried out and worked again. The same phone also got dropped inot the bottom of an 8ft swimming pool and I took it apart and let it dry a couple of days and it worked also. Hope this helps.

RE: Is the Orange Juice LSD guy actual? I heard a tale of a guy who went on an acid holiday.. and on no account got here back. He thinks hes a tumbler of orange juice or some thing now. Is that authentic?

Well, i just ran my cell through the washing mashine, i hope mine will work. The sim card is just memory~ your be fine if it's only a little effected. As far a the phone goes~ let it dry out~ I put a blowdryer on mine ~ ONLY I PUT IT ON NO HEAT SETTING!! I'll let you know how my phone ends up~ good luck with your phone :)

Try out your SIM card on a friend's phone or a family member's phone. See if it loads your contacts and info, and if it doesn't, you'd need to get a new phone =P

Like I told the other person on here, do NOT put heat on it, either just let it sit or put it in the fridge for a while to draw the moisture out. Call your cell phone company. ASAP

I dropped my cell phone in the swimming pool. I let it sit and did not even turn it on for a week. When I did finally turn it on, it worked.

My sis did something similar with her phone. She took it apart and used her hairdryer to dry everything out as fast as possible. It never did work 100% though.
