I am assuming this is the beginning of ingrown hairs, even though I just had it done yesterday. Specifically I am wondering if the place I went do did something wrong, or is this normal? And what can I do to get rid of these bumps/redness. I've tried "bikini zone" and it dosent seem to be working. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

It is normal especially for the first time. The skin is very sensitive and is just irritated.the skin should get better in a few days. After a few times of waxing,it will tighten and strengthen the skin and will not irritate as easy.Use a moisturizing lotion on it every few hours and that will help ease any irritation and help keep the skin looking beautiful.Keep away from any medicated lotions and things like alcohol and such on the area,This will only make the area more irritated and burn like heck.

Good luck next time

Nothing went wrong unless you bled! (like from skin missing!) LOL

I think that the area is just inflamed due to the violence of the hair removal and it being your 'first time'. Use some aloe lotion and this will calm it for you.

Do the wax thing regularly and it will get easier every time.

You need to rub alcohol on it, really scrub it in with a towell.
