keep your nails strong by:
1. stop getting artificial, or (fake) nails over your real ones.--Go natural--
2. shape them up and give them a good polish.
3. Drink lots or water and eat healthy so that you can get the proper nutrition.
4. Take hair, skin, and nails vitamins.
You should see a change in no time!!!

To keep my nails strong I always put on several layers of a clear nail polish. Then they grow stronger and are tougher to break.

There are many things you can do:
You can put garlic on your nails
You can put olive oil on them at night.
You can use those vitamins that are specially for hair and nails.
I use sally Hansen double duty strengthening base and top coat and it works.
Avoid using nail polish remover because it makes your nails weaker.

i used to have weak nails that break easily...my doctor suggested that i drink jello....
yes, jello from a box...
mix it with water as directed on the box...but before is becomes firm, drink it.
i know! sounds weird but my nails now are pretty darn strong.
