As long as it's not glossy or semi-glossy photo paper, go for it. Otherwise it will heat up in the laser printer and start to melt, ruining the printer.

It won't look as good, I recommend Hammermill Copy-Plus paper.

You can but ink jet paper is "slicker" and your toner may not adhere quite as well.
