A 3050 is 30 inches wide, 50 inches tall. A 2036 is 20 inches wide, 36 inches (3 ft.) tall. And so on. The first two numbers are width in inches, the second two numbers are height in inches.

The first number is the measurement for feet the second number is the inches.so a 3 oh x 5 oh window is 3 feet x 5 feet. Another a 2-6 x 5-8 is 2 feet and 6 inches x 5 feet and 8 inches. This is a slang term used by carpenters to simplify conversations. Good Luck
