Pay a visit to your neighborhood hardware store. If they don't have the piece in stock, they will be able to special order it. You cannot beat the experience of a seasoned hardware guy when it comes to finding this type of thing. It will help if you take either the chair or the part with you when you visit the store.

You may try American Chair company and if they don't have them they can tell you where to find them.
