My mom's Rx medicines and eye drops are so expensive, and they are lifetime prescriptions. So I wanna know where I can get the same quality meds for lower price. Is it possible for me to get them directly from the manufacturer? Some say medicines are much cheaper in certain countries. I really need your opinions. Thanks

Medicines can be cheaper in different countries but not all countries apply the same standards of quality and although the medicines are the same ones made by the same company they could be quite different.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who are prepared to sell imitation medicines and try to pass them off as the real thing, in many cases these poor imitations can be harmful.

I know you're wanting to do what's best for your Mom but you should only take health advice from a professional - talk to your Mom's doctor or a pharmacist and see if they can assist. That way you know that you are getting good advice.

my experience with buying anything out of the country is that you have to be very careful. make sure you know exactly what you are buying and if I were you I would consult a doctor who you know who give an honest opinon before I did anything that could affect your mother's health.
