Do romance and respect even matter to a woman?

You have to wonder, when you see so many women intentionally dating thugs and players, while confident, not boring, men of character remain alone.

Chivalry is almost dead, but not quite...those girls (they are not yet women no matter their age) will unfortunately learn the hard way when they are mistreated or left pregnant and alone or are cheated on, or a combo of the three...a man of character deserves a woman of character...I don't mean a virginal naive young girl, but someone who has matured emotionally and can put as much in a relationship as she gets. Don't be disheartened.

If the woman has any self respect it does. The women you see with those thugs and losers don't have the self respect to find someone better. But not all women want to date jerks.

I've never been big on romance (I never was the flowers, candies and stuffed animals type of gal) but I certainly believe respect matters immensely. How can you even have a real trusting relationship without respect.

That is just in the environment that you are in. Romance and respect is very important in most relationships. Get away from your current environment and you might see a difference.

yes, it matters. why would you want a GIRL that would pick that, anyway? WOMEN tend to pick mature, respectful men...and dont let age fool you, just because shes old enough to be a woman doesnt mean shes mentally old enough
