This is actually for my father's business, which i work for. He asked me to improve their current web site, which is just a logo with an email link. So i would really be the one making the site. I would like to make a nice, professional looking site without having to mess with security. There would be no forms for customers to fill out. They would simply download the order form and email it in. I wouldn't really like to be payed hourly because i think it would be hard to track and i've only had bits and peices of spare time lately.

Why would your father have to pay you a different amount than what he already pays you? Just keep track of how long the website takes and expect to be paid the same as if you were doing anything else for his business. I don't go to my boss and ask to be paid different amounts for different tasks I have....but alas, he isn't my daddy.
