If you were half your sister's age when your nephew was born then your ages are equally spaced apart, both then (0, a, 2a) and now (b, b+a, b+2a).
b + a = (b + 2a + 41)/2 which means b = 41
b + a + 41 = 2b + 14 which means a = 14
So you all are currently 41, 55, 69 (nephew / you / sister )

Who writes this stuff? That's downright convoluted.
M is me, N is nephew, S is sister
M = .5(S+41) (now)
M + 41 = 14 + 2N (41 years from now)
M - N = .5(S-N) (when nephew was born)
That's three equations with three unknowns, but I don't feel like solving it for you cause it's not my homework.
