Sure! But then the puppy dog grows up and just lays around and licks himself. :)

Somewhat. I met my boyfriend online. On our first (in person)date, we had INCREDIBLE chemistry (no, we didn't have sex, or even fool around) and oh boy, the lust was somethin' else. We couldn't help but talk and spend as much time with eachother as we could, since we seemed to have such an amazing connection spiritually, emotionally and physicaly. Within a very short period of time, we fell in love. I've never been more sure of anything in my life, that he's the one I'll be with the rest of my life. And he feels the same.
We didn't fall in love at first sight, but we both saw such a great potential for love, immediately. (We're both too pratical for the love at first sight kinda theory.) We both knew immediately, even before we met in person, that this could work out quite well. So to answer your question, I believe it is possible although unlikely to fall in love at first sight, if the circumstances are right and both parties are realistic.

Of course I believe in love at first sight. That's how I meet my first husband. That lasted about five years.
We meet in a motel room my eldest brother was a drug dealer and my then husband was the provider (if that is what you call it). Well, anyways he came to do his pick-up/delivery thing and I just happened to walk out of the shower wrapped in a towel. And standing in the door way was this guy - fair completion, sandy brown hair and in a white suit. Soooo McDreamy.
