go immediately to your parents and tell them, 2 years is too long and it needs to stop, if you can't go to your parents then tell a friend and hopefully your friend will tell her parents. (then they might be able to help you)
i wish you lots of luck.

I would say tell your parents, but if that's not what you want to do, then you can talk to friends about it and maybe they can help. You can even tell your cousins or older bros. I had the same probs and my cousins found out, and all of a sudden the guy stopped coming near me all of a sudden. You do know that if he's touching you and you don't want him to, that's sexual assault / harrassment. I wish I could tell him off for you. I know what it's like. Something can be done to stop it but, YOU have to take the first step. Good luck hun, I hope everything works out for you.

It's harder to define your boundaries with someone that you have known for so long. Hmm, he needs to be near you to be touching you. Can you avoid the situation where you're near him? Say, not get in his car? You can make up excuses for not getting in the car, or wherever you go with him. That would be easier than confronting him with the word "stop." Hopefully you do not depend on this person for anything and you can find some space from the relationship.
