I think she has a beautiful voice but I want to know who she is.

Absolutely correct, the above two responses. I'd like to add that on Cradle Of Filth's "Peace Through Superior Firepower" DVD when Sarah Jezebel Deva sings the song, it is absolutely abominable. And they cut out the first and last parts of the song which were the best bits!!

yeah liv kristine from Leaves Eyes is the chick in Nymphetamine.
Leaves Eyes is a great band you should check them out.

Her name is Liv Kristine and she's in a band called "Leaves Eyes".
