Woah. Okay...you really need some serious computer protection, first of all. The fact is, if your computer is being hacked, you probably can't report it to anybody, and if you do, nobody can really help you out. What you need to do is reboot your computer, which means that you will start (with the same computer) with all new programs and settings loaded on. Something similar happened to me with an adware bug that froze my computer constantly. My problem isn't the same as yours, but it can be fixed the same way. So, first, reboot your computer (VERY IMPORTANT!!!) and if you do not know how, contact Dell Computers (their number for customer service is at their website) or contact whatever computer company your comp is from. After you reboot, you MUST buy protection against hackers, etc. I use McAfee Security, which protects against hackers. I use a Firewall, which McAfee offers, and it's a great way to keep the hackers out. I also use spam protection, etc, to keep all kinds of junk from getting to my comp. Two other crucial things I use are Spybot and AdAware, which are free (can be downloaded online) and work to help prevent any problems. These sort of protection also use scans so you can see what your computer is picking up...then you can delete any dangerous problems your computer might have. Even though McAfee costs a bit, it helps 100 percent. My computer never freezes or has any hacking problems. One more thing I might add is, hacking problems are common on any instant messenger. Be careful with those...and try not to open unknown IM messages that might pop up. Hope this helps!!

if you were really hacked, they would not have given you their real email,

the comment about rebooting is all wrong, rebooting just mens to restart your computer, changes nothing, they are talking about a full recovery, that is drastic, if the computer is working now, download windows defender from microsoft instal it an clean your computer, also get ewido, it is free for 30 days, they are security cleaning and blocking softwares, this will probably fix it, if you rally have anything

Normaly you would send an email to abuse.@.@ where the @.@ is the email address of web address or the offender.
