This is called chafing... use some lotion to reduce the friction, re-apply it often, and if your co-workers laugh at you when you go to the bathroom with a bottle of lotion in your hand every hour or so, ask them if they want to see your rash.

There is nothing wrong with you.Babies are born with all sorts of rashes from day one. They get diaper rashes, heat rashes and face pimples .Some people get it at puberty, others when they are old. It is a phase of being human. You are probably sweating and that causes the soreness. Boxers, not briefs(gives more air to the area).Try putting cornstarch on your legs before going to work. You can put this liberally on your groin too. It is harmless and is the best for diaper rash, foot rot and lots of conditions. It dries up the moisture that causes the rash and soreness. It might work for your chest too. Good luck.

Where do you work? I used to work in a retort. The heat there would cause me the same problem in the same area of my own body. I "cured" that by using spray antiperspirant down there before getting dressed and going to work. This seems a common problem for overweight people or guys who have plenty hanging.
