what schould i do WORK OR SCHOOL

i called to give them a week to find replacement or i could work there hours they said they have no one and if i didnt come in they will susp. me and call me when they fell like it to let me know i can come back to work

This doesn't ring true to me. Why would you be suspended from school for not taking a placement test? The worst that could really happen is you need to re-schedule for the test.
If it is true, then your work isn't being fair, or you aren't being true to your employer. If you can, find someone else to take your shift at work and work for them on your day off.
If this truly is a "one and only choice of work or school" then I'd take the school route and find another job.
