no it's Rockwell, with michael jackson. That part stuck in your head is what Michael Jackson sang, but he only did that part.

The one I remember is "somebody's watching me' by Rockwell. Michael Jackson sang that part you're remembering ... lol, it had a cool vid with a very paranoid Rockwell finding people watching him in the oddest places.

Its called SOMEBODY'S WATCHING ME....ROCKWELL. He is Barry Gordy's son and he got Michael Jackson to sing background on it. Another one hit wonder of the 80's era. I own this record.
