not i tunes. i need somthing cheap or free but thats still legal. not like limewire or regular kazaa.

hmm.. im not sure about kazza gold.
but i have been using this website for the past year and a half and its legal, completely trustworthy, great quality.

Well, I don't think you will find anything that's free and legal. But I could suggest either Yahoo Music or Napster. There you pay maybe 5 to 10 Dollar a month and get unlimited songs!

yahoo music has a subscription service that is around $5 a month for unlimited downloads. I've had it for a year and love it. There have only been a couple of artists that I wanted that they didn't have. Unfortunately it doesn't work with macs or ipod.
