Since the function is continuous at this point, all you have to do is evaluate the function.

lim(x=>pi) of x/(cos(x)) = pi/cos(pi) = pi/(-1) = -pi = -3.14.....

Toss Pi in for both x values.
Confirm with your graphing calculator.
