Mr. Peanut carries a Big Cane, so i think that gives him the advantage. The Monopoly Guy is really rich after he bought Boardwalk so he probably has hired Goons working for him, so maybe he has the advantage.

The fight would go a little something like this
So there's Mr. Peanut, selling watches on Tennesse
And Monopoly guy wants a cut, since he owns it and all
So he walks up real tough and demands ten percent
But Peanut just says "Man, you don wanna mess with me!"
"Don't you know who I am
Don't you know where I've been
I've been salted and processed and thrown around
Shoot, once I even lived in a can!
And now you come
with your mustache and Royce
and say give me ten percent
like I don't have a choice!
Well sorry but it aint gonna be
If you want ten percent you'll have to take it from me!"
Well now Monopoly's mad
And he jumps out of his car
He puts up his fists and waves Peanut in
Peanut just shakes his head
'this old guy is sad'
he fakes with a jab and lands with a right
Monoply can't hardly put up a fight.
