The World Court is Located in the Hague which is in the Netherlands and is one of only 2 countries in the world with 2 capitals the other is Bolivia. So the Judicial World Capital would have to be there in the Hague.

The nations of the World meet at the UN in New York City. So any other business usually has to pass through the UN in NY. So from these you could probably figure that the closest things to a world capital would be these 2 cities but more so with NY everyone from everywhere has crossed through that Great city.

There is no such place, officially. However, if you ask the mayor of New York, he'll proclaim NY city to be the capital of the world since it is one of the most diverse city in the world.

I don't think there is really a "world capital". However, I recently learned that the UN has the ultimate power over everything. They are headquartered in New York City.

No such place exists but if it did exist then somewhere like Geneva or other rather neutral areas would have to be the location because the world would have to agree on it.
