I have a friend that did and he is better. He was having problems with losing use of his hands. It hurt him badly and he was down for a while but now he is much better. It took about six months to get his life back after the surgery. It is risky it will either make you worse or better I would recommend only as a last resort.

If you mean bone fusion,then, yeah. My stepdad had one about 10 years ago and he doesn't even use pain killers anymore.
