Heartbeats by Jose Gonzalez. Its a cover of an older Swedish song, but the rest of his album, Veneer, is also pretty mellow and acousticy. The advert with the bouncing balls right? It's pretty to look at too!

If you know what advert it's on, that helps. That song could be anything, especially if you think they're the wrong lyrics! lol

The song that makes me cry the main is a song called "My Immortal" by utilising Evanescence. proper , yet unhappy written lyrics. an significant song that brings me to tears from the 1st actual line of the song being sung. each time. Amy Lee can sing the hell out of that song.
