one question at a time ....

If you see something unbeleivable, and your not sure if you can trust your eyes, you try touching it. For example an optical illusion where an image seems like its popping out of a sheet of paper ... your try touching it to make sure there isn't really something sticking out of the peice of paper.

Sight is just one of the 5 senses - which include smell, touch, hearing and taste. These 5 senses are ALL you have to interact with this earth. Think about it. Everything in this world you either Touch, taste, see, hear or smell. If you cannot verify something using all these 5 senses ... then your out of luck because thats all you have to work with!

Should you tell others what you saw? That depends on the situation obviously - if you saw someone cheat on an exam, telling your friends wont make a difference but telling your teacher could get the student suspended. Every action has consequences - and a person who knows about something has the responsibility to decide who he should tell and how he should tell it.

Generally it is not a good idea to tell EVERYONE you know about anything because you will either cause panic or miscommunication or a lot more problems than necessary. The exception of course is in a dire emergency (but even this needs to be done in a proper manner so as to not cause a stampede)

This answer might have been totally off track as to what you were looking for ... but those were my thoughts on it!

Don't tell non-believers, tell someone open to the fact that everything can't be explained. Tell someone who specializes in the things that can't possibly exist. Tell an artist, tell a writer, tell a poet, tell a dancer, tell a singer, the only person you may be able to tell is your dog, but, whatever. Go find that homeless guy on the end of your block. If he laughs you might just be crazy. Unless of course what you saw was funny.

i would rub my eyes and if not drunk i was i would trust my eyes. say for others arent good idea if it was really unbelievable, many people dont admit strange things in their life, so they may start to keep u as crazy head (in bad meaning),maybe say just for closest friend

I will tell everyone about what I dreamed (unbeleivable). But sometime I beleive that dream is always opposite with the true life.
My answer is you should tell. Maybe that will be the true.
