Not just Get Back, but specifically the version of Get Back on the original Let It Be album, which is different from both the single version and the one on Let It Be Naked.
EDIT: The thing that differs, by the way, is that little dialogue at the end and the song's length. If I am not mistaken, the Naked version is a lot shorter.

Get Back from the first Get Back lp. It's not on other verisons. I always thought that part was so cool.
