This guy is used to be my friend but he thinks that i told the cops on him for something and he blames me so now he has this awful myspace page on me so what should i do the page is www.myspace.com/malcombuckelew ...plz check it out and read the blog on me stacy....its terrible i have no reputation now should i get him for slander??

You can charge him with harassment, AND you can sue him. Get on there ASAP and print off everything you can, and get yourself a good lawyer. Hope he hasn't caught wind of this and has taken it off.

If the level of his writing ability and that of the others posting there is anything to go by I'd ignore it how dumb do you want to be considered?
Under English law you couldn't do anything under US law I don't know but why would you want to? He appears to be a moron, if his friends agree with him, it only adds weight to the idea that a group of morons dislike you? Do you really care? It's like gossip it only stay interesting until the next more interesting bit comes along.
I'd ignore it, but then I'm old enough not to care what people think or say about me.

It's just myspace. Myspace is seriously lame and the majority of people that are on myspace are teens/kids/young adults. Who cares about what he's saying - just because he blogs about you doesn't mean it's true - move on and stop letting him know it bugs you.

I looked at it...that blog is called bullying behavior. He should NOT whatsoever make a blog about that. Tell an adult like your parents or teacher. Bust his ***! They are bullying you. Stop it. Report it. Do whatever you have to do. Don't leave it. Pressing charges is going too far. Good luck.

its going to be hard to prove unless he used your full name. i would just ignore him he is just venting now if he shows up on your doorstep then call the police and have a paper copy of the stuff he is saying about you from the website to show them...
