Well it's not really the 6th year. It's the 2006th year. People keep forgetting it's 6/6/2006. They just forget the 200.. part.
But if the anti-Christ really wanted to appear, don't you think he'd do so at a time when people were least expecting him? I believe that the anti-Christ has already visited Earth, in the form of Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao and, of course, Milton "Uncle Milty" Berle.
